The City of Revere retained Garden to conduct an organizational assessment and transformational review of its Inspectional Service Department (“ISD”) to review, analyze and evaluate ISD operations to identify the most critical priorities, provide weekly strategic counseling sessions with the Mayor and his team and create a set of recommendations with implementation guidance.
